VANGUARD COLLECTIVEVanguardNYC is a non-profit performance venue/collective showcasing the latest in art styles in the audible and visual genres across three countries. With a focus on local and late-breaking artists, VanguardNYC creates a vibe fileld dynamic performance space where people can express themselves and display their own unique aspects of music and art. Additionally, artists and appreciators are encouraged to network and gather momentum to promote art and talent. With three other locations in Valencia, Spain Hong Kong and Houston, Texas, the Vanguard Collective prides itself on creating next level productions for diverse acts and artists to be seen and heard. Having many international headliners networked within us allows massive performances, shows and artistic vibes that only we can bring. Our show on Newtown will reflect the broad array of exquisite tunes (live/electronic) and colors for all to enjoy especially during that 5-7 rush hour.

From funk to dnb I always bring the grooves to the vibe. Covering the best of multiple genres is not only trained but in my soul. While receiving a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon in percussion I was a resident dj at The BBT a well known dub and drum & bass venue that was frequented in joint performances with AK1200 and Diesel boy. Then in 2004 I signed with Wilderness research in which we brought and opened for such headliners as DFuse and Sasha. I continued to travel and perform all over the world opening for Rusko, Q-Bit, Kryteria, Klute, Arqer & Realtime, Dj Sun, Encanti, Impress, Quest Love and Dj Clue. During this time I started The Vanguard Performing Arts venues worldwide. Currently living in NYC performing on Broadway and djing shows from the Roxy Hotel to Brooklyn Bowl until covid arrived. Since making my last international appearance summer 2018 at my residency clubs located in Valencia/Ibiza Spain before covid but this late summer 21 hopefully touring performances with Jalil B, Encanti, Sebzero and The Mix Eclectic my new live electronic music project!! Very pleased to be a part of this station contributing bass and polyphonic melodic chords during these times.
